The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009

CT Recovery Update

With Executive Order #25, issued in March 2009, Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell set out the procedures and requirements for Connecticut government agencies to comply with the requirements of the comprehensive federal economic stimulus package to create jobs and stimulate economic growth known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.

The Governor established a website to provide Connecticut residents with up-to-date information on the state's efforts, as Connecticut state agencies work with their federal counterparts to fulfill requirements necessary to receive funding, and the state puts in place mechanisms to track the funds and capture key data.
